What if analysis (ideas)

what if we 1: revamp the entire ‘My orders’ page by keeping it simple for the customer to see all orders

pros:

customer doesn’t need to understand or learn anything new (order sections)

easy search of orders since there would be not many orders per customer

cons:

not scaleable across order segments

what if we 2: segregate the orders into different sections for easy status-based tracking for all customer order

pros:

this structure would be applicable to all orders

cons:

might be a complicated UX for the customer to navigate

Current My order card

Current My order card

Some fundamental issues with this order card:

payment status is non-actionable information to the customer

shipping to address does not communicate specific address (customer might have 2 addresses in Hyderabad for example)

no communication about “what’s the status of my order?”
